At PrimeStay Services, we strive to provide exceptional short-term accommodation solutions for our corporate clients. We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure that our refund policy reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction while also maintaining fairness to all parties involved.

Our Refund Policy:

Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:

Booking Cancellations:

   - Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

   - Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

   - Cancellations made within a week of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

   - Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

Partial Stays:**

   - No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or shortened stays once the guest has checked in.

   - Certain fees, such as cleaning fees or service charges, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
